KOLOR BASIC

Concentrated liquid potassium solution supplemented with urea nitrogen and an anti-blocking agent to facilitate potassium absorption.

Kolor Basic can be applied as a background fertiliser to correct potassium deficiencies throughout the growing season. This application corrects potential potassium deficiencies, thus improving the osmotic balance of the plant, as well as the activity of a multitude of enzyme systems that need potassium ions to function properly.

However, Kolor Basic is particularly recommended during the fruit ripening stage or during crop completion, where potassium requirements are higher than for any other nutrient.

Recommended for:

• Acceleration of the formation, mobilisation and accumulation of sugars and essential oils in the plant's reserve organs.
• Advancing fruit ripening
• Higher fruit quality due to the accumulation of nutritional reserves, higher Brix degree.
• The development of a more consistent fruit with more external and internal colour, larger size and enhanced flavour.
• Increased toughness of the skin and therefore resistance to fungal infections, e.g. rotting.
